| Are there any known legit mail-order pharmacies like these that we know are spam. I'm uninsured at the time, and am looking for a cheaper, but legal and legitimate way to get my meds. |

My suggestion would be to search for "on-line pharmacy" in Google, and look into anyone in the "Sponsored Link" section. Those are legitimate advertisers paying Google money to be listed there (a respectabvle way to advertise). Their website address will be related to their company name, not a random, unrelated phrase as spammers use. If you're just looking for on-line pharmacies, I would also research health related sites like WebMD for advice, and possible advertisers listed there. There is no such thing as a legal legitimate spam advertiser. All spam advertising uses techniques to hide the true origin of the business---would you trust a "business" who doesn't want you to know who & where they are? It's well reported that spamvertised pharmacies violate U.S. and Canadian regulations by shipping prescription drugs without a legitimate prescription, and not holding to FDA drug handling & dosage requirements, which means they are also dangerous (ie. they don't really care or worry about whether they're sending you the right drug or dosage). That is, if they ship any drugs at all.
That being said---there ARE plenty of legitimate pharmacies out there advertising through traditional means, but it's always good to research a company out beforehand, and the web can be a great tool to do that. Before I consider placing an order with any on-line company I haven't heard of before, I will Google them to look for complaints. A great resource is http://www.ripoffreport.com, and http://www.bbbonline.org. If a company has a history of being bad, they have a good chance of winding up on these sites.
Good luck with your search, and always remember 2 things: 1. All spammers are bad people not to be trusted. 2. Let the Buyer Beware

| if the pharmacy doesn't have a legitimate "opt out" link then they are not legitimate and at best don't care about the damage that they cause with their millions of spam messages. copy their address and then try to opt out. If you can't then don't use them. |

The thing is, no legitimate pharmacy would even have an "opt-out" as they wouldn't be spamming you in the first place. If it's unsolicited, you should NEVER trust it. There is no such thing as a legitimate business using spam. The "opt-outs" on any site promoted through spamming is there strictly to gather your address to sell on a hot list (for more spam). It's important to never submit your e-mail to an "opt-out." You will only recieve more spam, not less. Any company that's associated with spamming should be avoided and reported.
