I recently purchased some books from amazon three weeks ago, the seller as far as ratings and comments were indeed good, however that has recently gone down hill looking at it now. Nearly all the books I had purchased cost a fair bit of money, nevertheless, I have tried to make contact with the seller and im just ignored. All i want is a tracking number or something that will indicate if the items are lost therefore I can get the seller to send another or the delivery company to take action.
Could someone please give me some advise on how I can get this resolved? I also found the item cheaper elsewhere but all I am after is the product. |
