XIN Net is a registrar accredited by ICANN.
XIN Net has accepted contracts from criminals.
They allow criminals to create domain names.
The domain names are used as nameservers to provide access to illegal web sites.
Those sites belong to Alex Blood / Alex Poyakov who is the worst Internet spammer and cyber-criminal.

XIN Net has a lot of work to do to match Beijing Innovative Linkage Technology in the fight against Internet crime. Here are web servers that XIN Net sponsors. They belong to the world's two worst Internet criminals, Leo Kuvayev and Alex Polyakov. XIN Net needs to remove their support for crime.

Alex Polyakov, ROKSO listed worst cyber criminal, has registered the following domains on PRC Registrar XIN Net. The registrar is guilty of assisting this criminal in carrying out his illegal activities. They are in breach of their own terms of service, and they are breaking the law in their own country. This is a disgrace that brings shame on the PRC

XIN Net, now renamed China Mobility Solutions, has the following domains registered with them.
These domains are used for large scale criminal acts.

Despite the fact that XIN Net went into liquidation, and
despite the fact that XIN Net no longer technically exists, and
despite the fact that Microsoft has brought a law suit against XIN Net for offenses under CAN SPAM
ICANN still sees fit to accredit XIN Net, thus allowing these crimes to continue.
The company formerly known as XIN Net has taken no action to curb the criminal abuse of its services. Knowledgeable people in the Internet community are secretly renaming ICANN to ICANT. It is an understandable response. In fact, it would be funny, were it not for the seriousness of the situation. ICANN and XIN Net are giving the criminals a free hand.
