Seeking for help.
Well here is my story. On January 21st, 2008 I ordered a Dedicated Server from Moxie Hosting. Somewhere in their service, I have read that it should be set-up within 24 hours. But after 5 days and 6 - 7 emails, I decided to open a dispute in Paypal, In which Moxie Hosting responded and saying that they do not operate during the weekend so I'll have to wait until Monday January 28th, 2008. I told them I placed the order on January 21st. Paypal has closed the dispute last February 10th, 2008 with a reason "Because its a virtual product we cannot do anything about it". Since then I have been emailing Moxie Hosting that I would like a refund, but it seems like they are just ignoring my emails.
I don't know what to do nor where to go, since Paypal isn't gonna do anything about it.
If anyone has any connection with Moxie Hosting, please I am desperately seeking for help.

The local phone number shown there matches the number in the whois query on the moxiehosting.com domain name
