Hi,
This is a short survey to fight spam emails you receive. I do this as part of my Masters research project at UNIK / University of Oslo/NTNU under the supervision of Prof. Audun Josang. By participating you help fighting the problem of spam.
It will only take not more than 5 minutes to select the answers. The information you provide does not have to be totally exact. The survey is anonymous.
The information you provide must relate to one specific email service, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoomail and Microsoft Outlook. In case you use multiple email services you can fill in a survey for each one of them separately.
